24X7-We have someone on call every hour of the year that our stores are closed so that you will always have someone available to help you. That person can check the parts availability from every one of our stores and also John Deere’s inventory. They can even get your local service department in touch with you to offer their assistance. We have built an aftermarket network to back you up every hour of the year.
AT Parts Guarantee- We’re so confident of the expertise of our techs and the quality of genuine John Deere parts that we guarantee every new John Deere part that our techs install for one full year, regardless of the length of the warranty that Deere gives us. That includes the part and the labor to reinstall it. Obviously that can’t include normal wear or abuse, but other than that, you’re covered.
Mobile Service-We have mobile service available for every piece of equipment we sell. If you need us to come to you for regular maintenance or to repair a breakdown, we can accommodate it. In fact, we even offer mobile maintenance service plans that can be purchased and financed with an equipment purchase that will eliminate your worries about regular maintenance items for the life of the contract. It just doesn’t get any more convenient than that!
Parts On Site-How about stocking the parts you need most during the year at your place, so they are readily available whenever you need them? Combine that idea with a deferred payment plan and a very user friendly return policy and you have another ATvantage-Parts OnSite!
Winter Service and Inspection Programs-We strongly believe that inspecting and servicing equipment in your “off season” is the most cost effective way for you to manage your maintenance dollars. We have winter inspection and/or service programs for almost every piece of equipment we sell, and for a lot that we didn’t sell. Our lawn and garden programs cover hundreds of models by Deere, Hustler, Toro, ,,,,,,,,,, and a host of others. We have very detailed inspections for all Deere and Kinze equipment.
