Student Technician Program

Need some tuition assistance to further your technical education? Atlantic Tractor wants to partner with you to do just that with our new Technical Education Program.

Here’s how it works:
1. Application accepted by one of the 7 accredited technical schools in DE, NJ, MD or PA (see map below.) Other accredited schools may be considered.
2. Apply for the Atlantic Tractor Technical Education Program.
3. Once accepted to our program, you will be employed as a paid, part-time employee by Atlantic Tractor at a mutually agreed-upon location during the school session
(if the course schedule permits).
4. Upon graduation, you will receive a full-time employment offer with a competitive wage and benefits.
5. For the next four years of full-time employment, you will receive up to $3,500 per year, for a total of up to $14,000!
